¿Cómo tratar a nuestros ángeles?
Los ángeles no establecen contacto sólo con personas especiales o de un modo secreto. Lo hacen abierta y gozosamente, trayendo buen humor y buenas nuevas. Estar con tus ángeles no es sentarse en una habitación oscura , con música misteriosa, una bola de cristal y velas parpadeantes. Es conversar, simplemente. Hablar con los ángeles es la cosa más natural del mundo. Cualquier puede hacerlo. Y hace bien. Hace bien al sentido del humor, al alma, al cuerpo. Hace bien a todos aquellos con los que entras en contacto.
Cuando preguntas a tus ángeles puedes estar seguro de que obtendrás respuesta. El verdadero preguntar no proviene del miedo ni de la agresión; surge del profundo deseo de saber, la voluntad de escuchar y recibir. Preguntar no es exigir, ni tomar codiciosamente. es permanecer abierto, sin opinión y sin crítica, mientras los fragmentos de información se van agrupando. Preguntar significa, simplemente, aceptar lo que se presente, y confiar que en el momento debido, el entendimiento correcto y destacado se hará conocer para el bien de todos.
¿Para qué nos sirve entablar contacto con los ángeles?
Además de brindarnos su amor, su inspiración, su apoyo y su agradable compañía, los ángeles nos pueden guiar mediante sincronicidades, o sea, el encadenamiento "casual" de hechos significativos que vienen en nuestra ayuda para que podamos lograr nuestros más elevados propósitos. Los ángeles también nos dan señales, pistas e incluso consejo directo a través de canalizaciones o telepatía para conducirnos hacia lo que es mejor para nosotros en las distintas encrucijadas vitales, allanando así nuestro camino de regreso a la divinidad. Entablar contacto con ellos es un preciado regalo y un potente catalizador en nuestro proceso evolutivo. Son los mejores psicólogos, pues nos ayudan a descubrir nuestras respectivas trabas y bloqueos; los mejores médicos porque nos develan el verdadero origen de nuestras enfermedades y los mejores asesores, pues nos ayudan a modificar nuestro presente para elegir los más luminosos futuros.

" No te dejes engañar por mí.No permitas que te engañen mis apariencias.Porque no son más que una máscara,quizá mil máscaras que temo quitarme,aunque ninguna me representa.Doy la impresión de estar seguro,de que todo va viento en popa,tanto dentro como fuera,de que soy la confianza personificada,de que la calma es mi segunda naturaleza,de que controlo la situacióny de que NO TENGO NECESIDAD DE NADIE.Pero no me creas, te lo ruego.Externamente puedo parecer tranquilo,pero lo que ves es una máscara.Por debajo, escondido, está mi verdadero yosumido en la confusión, el miedo y la soledad.Pero lo escondo.No quiero que nadie lo sepa.Me aterra pensar que pueda saberse.Por eso tengo constantemente necesidadde crear una máscara que me oculte,una imagen pretenciosa que me protejade la miradas sagaces.Pero esas miradas son precisamente mi salvación,y lo sé perfectamente,con tal de que vayan acompañadasde la aceptación y del amor.Entonces, esas miradas, se conviertenen el instrumento que puede liberarme de mi mismo,de los mecanismos de defensay las barreras que he levantado entorno a mí,en el instrumento que puede mostrarme aquellode lo que no consigo convencerme:que realmente tengo un valor.Pero esto no te lo digo,no tengo coraje:Me da miedo que tu mirada no venga acompañadade la aceptación y del amor.Quizá temo lo que puedas pensar,que puedas cambiar de opinión sobre mí,que te burles de míy que tu sonrisa me fulmine.En el fondo, lo que temo es No valer nada,y que tú te des cuenta y me rechaces.Por eso sigo con mi juegode pretensiones desesperadas,con una apariencia externa de seguridady con un niño tembloroso por dentro.Despliego mi desfile de máscarasy dejo que mi vida se convierta en una ficción.Te cuento todo lo que no importa nada,y nada de lo que de verdad importa,de lo que me consume por dentro.Por eso, cuando reconozcas esta rutina,no te dejes engañar por mis palabras:escucha bien lo que No te digo,lo que querría decir, lo que necesito decir,pero no consigo decir.No me agrada esconderme, te lo aseguro,me encantaría ser espontáneo, sincero y genuino,pero tendrás que ayudarme.Por favor, tiéndeme tu mano,aún cuando parezca que eso es lo último que deseo.Tú puedes sacar a la luz mi vitalidad,cada vez que te muestras amable, atento y diligente,cada vez que tratas de comprenderme,cada vez que me aceptas tal y a pesar de lo que soy.Porque me quieres,mi corazón palpita y renace.Quiero que sepas lo importante que eres para míy el poder que tienes, si quieres,de sacar a la luz la persona que yo soy.Escúchame, te lo ruego.Tú puedes derribar las barrerastras las que me refugio,tú puedes arrancar mi máscara,tú puedes liberarme de mi prisión solitaria.¡ No me ignores ¡ ¡ No pases de largo, por favor ¡Ten paciencia conmigo.A veces parece que, cuanto más te acercas,tanto más me rebelo contra tu presencia. ¿CÓMO SABER SI ESTÁS ENAMORADA?
Cómo saber si estás enamorada... Y si él también lo está de ti
¿Enamorada o simplemente capricho? En el juego del amor a veces resulta muy difícil disociar ambos términos, lo que al final acaba pasando factura. Por eso, es importante aclarar en tu mente y en tu corazón qué sentimientos tienes hacia esa persona que te está volviendo el mundo del revés.
Enamorado, según el diccionario, es el que tiene amor, pero no todo el que siente amor tiene por qué estar enamorado. El enamoramiento es un estado físico y mental que a veces se confunde con la ilusión, el capricho o la obsesión. Y escoger un amor imaginario en lugar de uno real puede ser lo que marque la diferencia entre la felicidad o la infelicidad.Entonces, ¿cómo no equivocarnos?, ¿cómo saber si se está o no verdaderamente enamorada y, a la vez, si él también lo está?
¿Estás enamorada?El amor no es una ciencia exacta, pero sí que existen una serie de pautas que te pueden llevar a la conclusión de que estás enamorada de esa persona que conociste de forma casual.Si todo era orden en tu vida hasta que llegó esa persona capaz de desbaratar en un segundo lo que te costó años construir, puede ser un buen signo de que alguien ha sido capaz de calar hondo en tu interior.Ahora ha llegado el momento de plantearte las preguntas de rigor que te darán la solución a tu enamoramiento o encaprichamiento: ¿Te imaginas con él toda la vida? ¿Qué te gusta de él?... ¿su físico?, ¿su manera de ser?, ¿su coche?, ¿su forma de pensar?, ¿su ropa?, ¿su sentido del humor?, ¿su responsabilidad?, ¿su seriedad?, ¿su alegría?...También puede ser que sólo quieras pasarlo bien, tener alguien con quien salir a comer, ir al cine, a bailar o a pasear, que simplemente lo necesites para que se mueran de envidia aquellos que no daban ni un duro por verte con alguien. Si es así, no te engañes, NO estás enamorada.Tu corazón, más que tu razón, es el que te dará respuestas a estas cuestiones. Y es que, si bien la atracción puede durar de uno a tres meses, el amor lo suele hacer años.
Enamorada del amorHay personas que por su forma de ser o por su vida se hayan en un estado continuo de atontamiento potenciado por la presencia de alguna persona que muestra cierto interés. Son personas enamoradas del amor:Mujeres sensibles a las palabras amorosas y a las frases románticas.Mujeres que han permanecido durante mucho tiempo solas.Mujeres cuyas amigas la han ido abandonando por sus novios.Mujeres desesperadas por salir con alguien.Mujeres cansadas de que en las reuniones sociales se les pregunte siempre por su soltería obligada.Mujeres que acostumbran a soñar despiertas con un amor de película.Mujeres que sienten pánico a no encontrar al hombre de su vida...Todas ellas suelen mostrarse bastante predispuestas a decirle "sí" al primero que pasa.Insatisfacción, tristeza, infelicidad... suelen ser los resultados finales de una decisión mal tomada. Y es que el verdadero amor no es un juego y de tu elección depende la felicidad futura.
Síntomas que delatan el amorHay unos síntomas físicos que delatan el enamoramiento:Cuando lo extrañas a todas horas y cuentas los minutos que te faltan para verle.Cuando no puedes sacarlo de tu mente en ningún momento y cada segundo está en tu pensamiento.Cuando una mirada, una caricia, un abrazo, un beso, etc., te hacen bailar mariposas en el estómago.Cuando te late el corazón a mil por hora cada vez que le ves o estás cerca de él.Cuando su felicidad es la tuya.Cuando no existe nadie más por la calle.Cuando tus prioridades han cambiado y dejas a tus amigas o a tu familia por estar con él.Cuando cada cosa que ves, escuchas o hueles, te recuerda a él.Cuando cualquier excusa es buena para comprarle lo que le gusta.Cuando te sientes la persona más feliz de la tierra y sonríes y lloras sin ninguna razón aparente.Cuando el tiempo a su lado pasa volando y siempre quieres más, volviéndote adicta a su contacto.
¿Y él? ¿Está enamorado de ti?Para saber si sus sentimientos son iguales que los tuyos, una de dos, o se lo preguntas directamente o se lo sonsacas con esas armas de mujer.Preguntas como '¿qué te gusta más de mí?' o '¿por qué te gusta estar conmigo?', pueden darte una idea de si al menos está interesado o no en ti.Además, si le encanta estar contigo y hablar contigo, no para de llamarte y busca cualquier excusa para estar contigo, pueden ser unas buenas demostraciones de que siente algo por ti.
Así como el amor enriquece a las personas, cuando es compulsivo se convierte en pesadilla. Una pesadilla fruto de la propia inseguridad y del deseo de control y de manipulación.
El amor no es obsesiónNo hay que confundir amor con obsesión, tanto por parte tuya como por parte de él.Si no para de perseguirte, se te aparece de forma inesperada en los lugares más raros, siente celos de cualquier bicho viviente que se acerque a ti, se pelea continuamente contigo sin ningún motivo, no siente control sobre sus emociones, no respeta tu espacio ni tu intimidad, no es capaz de salir sin ti, amenaza con hacerse daño o suicidarse si le dejas... ¡Ojo!, está obsesionado.Aunque suene a culebrón, esta actitud es más habitual de lo que imaginamos y suele configurar el prototipo de los futuros maltratadores. Así como el amor enriquece a las personas, cuando es compulsivo se convierte en pesadilla. Una pesadilla fruto de la propia inseguridad y del deseo de control y de manipulación. Auténticas bombas de relojería andantes.En el libro No te obsesiones con el amor, de Susan Forward, la autora plantea varias preguntas que permiten saber si alguien está obsesionado contigo. Porque, si es así, lo mejor es alejarte de esa persona.

He then brought forward the meal offering and, taking a handful of it, he turned it into smoke on the altar--in addition to the burnt offering of the morning. He slaughtered the ox and the ram, the people's sacrifice of well-being. Aaron's sons passed the blood to him--which he dashed against every side of the altar--and the fat parts of the ox and the ram: the broad tail, the covering [fat], the kidneys, and the protuberances of the livers. They laid these fat parts over the breasts; and Aaron turned the fat parts into smoke on the altar, and elevated the breasts and the right thighs as an elevation offering before the Lord--as Moses had commanded. Aaron lifted his hands toward the people and blessed them; and he stepped down after offering the sin offering, the burnt offering, and the offering of well-being. Moses and Aaron then went inside the Tent of Meeting. When they came out, they blessed the people; and the Presence of the Lord appeared to all the people. He then brought forward the meal offering and, taking a handful of it, he turned it into smoke on the altar--in addition to the burnt offering of the morning. He slaughtered the ox and the ram, the people's sacrifice of well-being. Aaron's sons passed the blood to him--which he dashed against every side of the altar--and the fat parts of the ox and the ram: the broad tail, the covering [fat], the kidneys, and the protuberances of the livers. They laid these fat parts over the breasts; and Aaron turned the fat parts into smoke on the altar, and elevated the breasts and the right thighs as an elevation offering before the Lord--as Moses had commanded. Aaron lifted his hands toward the people and blessed them; and he stepped down after offering the sin offering, the burnt offering, and the offering of well-being. Moses and Aaron then went inside the Tent of Meeting. When they came out, they blessed the people; and the Presence of the Lord appeared to all the people.
